General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead a 6–8 engineer team focused on Columbia Class non-propulsion electrical systems and cableways across Groton, Quonset Point, and related facilities.

You will oversee installation, hookup, testing, and troubleshooting of systems such as battery support, power distribution, indication and control circuits, and related cableways.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in engineering.
• Construction and test support experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and/or supervising teams and managing complex projects.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, to support critical work evolutions and schedule needs.

Mansioni

• Understanding of Naval Ships specifications, military specs, and related standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and collaboration with internal and external organizations at all levels.
• Drive issues to resolution and oversee technical direction to the shipyard.
