The Groton Project Engineering Team is seeking highly motivated Engineering Supervisors to lead and develop a team of Module Leads and general foreman support engineers supporting SSBN 826 construction. This leadership role is responsible for guiding engineers who serve as the primary technical point of contact between Engineering and Operations for assigned modules and general foreman.
The Supervisor ensures the team is equipped to provide timely engineering support, drive closure of issues affecting construction progress, and maintain strong communication across trades, engineering disciplines, and shipyard management. This role is pivotal in supporting first-of-class construction and ensuring modules progress through assembly, outfitting, test, and delivery.
