Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, monitoring energy use, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. It also involves safety compliance and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel maintenance staff and operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to implement OSHA safety procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep logs up to date.
• Report safety concerns and assist in emergency responses.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage inventories.
