Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer, ensuring smooth hotel maintenance and operations across guest rooms, public areas, and convention spaces.

The role emphasizes safety, energy monitoring, project coordination, and adherence to OSHA standards while maintaining equipment reliability and high service levels for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
• Maintains all maintenance and preventative maintenance issues across refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, A/C units, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, and related spaces.
• Monitors energy consumption (electricity, gas, water) and reports any variances.
• Ensures projects are completed per specifications and on schedule.
• Performs preventive maintenance on guestrooms and public areas as outlined for the hotel.
• Maintains logs of equipment checks and inventory controls.
• Reports safety and security concerns to the Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty.
• Keeps key inventories secure and participates in event-space maintenance for convention centers.
• Attends monthly staff meetings and completes projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.
