Job summary

Woodbury Corporation in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance team responsible for preventive maintenance, safety, and guest satisfaction across facilities.

You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and daily inspections, respond to guest requests, manage records, and ensure compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards. This role may require weekend coverage and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent training.
• Trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and consistently keep updated records on file.
• Respond to all guest’s requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect public areas daily for any issues
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
