Job summary

Prime Group seeks an Engineering Supervisor to run daily hotel maintenance operations at a resort property. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems operate safely and efficiently, with problems resolved right the first time.

You will coach technicians, coordinate with vendors and hotel departments, and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hotel or commercial maintenance, incl 1+ year supervising technicians.
• Hands-on skill in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Trade licenses or certifications where required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance software preferred.
• Service mindset: fix it right the first time and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality preferred.

Job Summary

What You'll Do

• Respond to guest requests quickly, and log every request until it is closed
• Carry out preventive maintenance and flag repeat failures for review
• Coach and develop technicians into the next generation of leaders
• Coordinate with vendors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to keep rooms ready

What You Bring

• 4+ years in hotel or commercial maintenance, including 1+ year supervising technicians
