Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations. You will supervise the engineering team, manage work orders, and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, vendor services, and record-keeping, while upholding OSHA and fire/life-safety standards. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades preferred.
  • EPA, CPO, or HVAC certifications a plus.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance or engineering experience in hotel, resort, or commercial building.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily supervision of the engineering and maintenance team.
  • Assign, monitor, and inspect work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to guestrooms and public area maintenance requests.
  • Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance and safety concerns.
  • Support inventory management of tools, equipment, and parts.
  • Coordinate contracted services, inspections, and vendor repairs.
  • Maintain PM logs, work orders, compliance documents, and safety inspections.
