Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all types of maintenance and construction activities at our dockside facilities, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

• Provide support for mechanical equipment, related systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and general building/facility maintenance both interior and exterior, through delegation and hands-on work.
• Conduct inspections of installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on systems like air handlers, pumps, water systems, fire protection, electrical systems, and more, following applicable codes and policies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance department and property operations, guest satisfaction, and team member support.
• Monitor overtime and manage parts and supplies inventory to ensure adequate stock without excess.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least five years of maintenance experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Degree or certifications related to facility engineering or crafts; valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry fields.
• Skilled in using specialized tools and test equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work professionally, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively.
