Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an engineering execution leader to guide projects from conception through delivery. You will oversee the engineering team, develop execution strategies, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality on selected projects.

The role requires substantial experience in engineering leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering high-value technical solutions for government and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and twelve years of related experience in engineering.
• Accredited two-year degree and fourteen years of related experience, or sixteen years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution on small projects or specific areas of larger projects.
• Manage budget, schedule and quality to meet project baselines.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and execution strategy.
• Develop and enforce the Project Execution Strategy and mentor the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
