This role will assist the Dunkirk process and quality engineering team to review processes for compliance and develop manufacturing routes for conversion customers. This individual will also support quality functions including internal SWI auditing, document control, and operator training.
Education and Experience
Employee will have an associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent education or experience. The employee should have a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and their expected outputs, experience within the metals manufacturing industry is a plus. The employee is expected to have adequate experience handling process data and understanding how to critically review processes for non-conformances.
The employee will also have the ability to prepare written reports and correspondence, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands - Frequently moves about the production facilities. Must be able to detect unsafe conditions from long distances. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Sufficient mobility and dexterity for shop floor observation and interactions.
Work Environment - The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid and dry/arid conditions. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.75 to $31.0 0 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
