Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work safely under PPE and functional safety guidelines.
• Adhere to quality processes and in-process inspections.
• Access and interpret H-Specs and other documentation.
• Lift up to 45 lbs (repetitive).
• Work overtime as needed.
• Rack and load product in furnaces and monitor processes.
• Meet area and product production standards.
• Complete process and operation documentation for traceability.
• Review furnace charts and adjust furnace controller patterns.
• Adjust furnace atmosphere controls as required.
• Operate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Working with minimal assistance, heat treat operators perform intermediate heat treat tasks such as pull and verifying DPS/AMS docs, perform equipment set up including furnace burn out, leak test, OPM, loading required recipe, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Which includes inspecting thermocouples, verifying certs, and producing required graphs for quality, demonstrating intermediate knowledge of materials and heat treat processes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Adheres to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Correctly access and interpret documentation (H-Specs, etc.)
• Lift up to 45lbs (Repetitive)
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Perform intermediate racking and loading of product (Furnaces)
• Meet area/product specific production standards
• Complete process and operation documentation (Traceability, etc.)
• Review furnace charts (Audit other operator’s charts)
• Adjust furnace controller patterns (Per H-Spec)
• Adjust furnace atmosphere controls
• Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.00 to $30.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
