Job summary

CNH Industrial in New Holland, PA invites summer interns to contribute to prototype agricultural equipment projects, working with engineers and shop personnel. The program offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities while aligning with our mission to advance farming and construction technology.

Interns participate in process and safety improvements, analyze data, and gain exposure to CAD/Power BI tools in a collaborative, global team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering or engineering technology degree.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering prints and drawings.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CAD/Power BI or programming tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 1 process improvement and 1 safety improvement project.
• Assist with inventory management, material flow, and shop operations.
• Analyze data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and shop personnel on prototype activities.
