Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in New Holland, PA, invites motivated students to join our internship and co‑op program in Engineering and Technical fields. You will work on a small innovation team focused on sensing for agricultural equipment, participating in concept development, design, build and testing activities to gain practical experience.

Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August; candidates must be currently enrolled in college and pursuing a degree.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data collection systems.
• Able to operate agricultural equipment.
• Experience with vision sensors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concept evaluation and, with experience, coordinate field evaluations and data collection/processing.
• Operate equipment during testing and install mechanical/electrical components as needed.
• Identify improvements to concepts based on testing results.

Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

This position will be a part of a small innovation team tasked with developing and evaluating new concepts for Agricutural equipment with a focus on sensing for Hay and Forage Equipment. The intern is expected to be a contributing member of the team in all aspects from concept development, design, build and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include assisting with concept evaluation, and as experience increases, coordinating field evaluations, data collection and data processing. Equipment operation will be required, as well as some mechanical/electrical component installation. Opportunity will exist to offer improvements to concepts identified during testing.

Experience Required

Knowledge of Data collection systems. Able to operate agricultural equipment. Experience with vision sensors preferred.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
