L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer to join a team supporting military communication products throughout their lifecycle. You will investigate analog, digital, and RF issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include improving yields, mitigating obsolescence, and guiding junior staff, with opportunities to grow as new products launch into production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s EE Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily factory yields and investigate failures to drive corrective actions.
Mitigate component shortages by selecting alternatives or redesigning circuits/sub-assemblies.
Lead small technical design or troubleshooting teams to meet yields and shipments.
Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing to support new product launches.
