Job summary

L3Harris in Rochester, NY is seeking a Specialist, Engineering Services to support design, documentation, test and integration of complex systems. The role requires collaboration with development engineers and hands-on testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include subsystem and system level validation, hardware repair, and ensuring adherence to engineering processes. A US security clearance is obtainable per requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, documentation, requirements management and testing of electronic, mechanical and/or software devices and systems.
• Interfaces with engineering teams to resolve issues and escalate problems as needed.
• Builds customer intimacy through system/product acceptance testing or hands-on user training.
