Job summary

GD Barri & Associates is seeking a Procurement Specialist – Engineering & Service Agreements for a long-term contract supporting operations at a power plant in Tonopah, AZ. The role focuses on service contracts, SOWs, MSAs, and vendor management to ensure compliant, cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, evaluating RFPs, SLAs, and terms with technical consultants, and maintaining relationships with project teams in a hybrid work setup (2 days

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience in service procurement or contract administration.
• Experience negotiating terms and drafting complex service agreements.
• Background in power generation, utilities, nuclear, EPC, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute service contracts and vendor agreements.
• Draft, review, and evaluate RFPs, SOWs, and MSAs with stakeholders.
• Negotiates terms, pricing, and SLAs with providers.
• Ensure service delivery meets budget and compliance.
• Track vendor performance using ERP systems.
