Presidio is seeking a Professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on tightly managing engineering schedules while ensuring high utilization and seamless coordination with the Engineering Delivery and Project Management teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in fast-paced environments and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in a professional/corporate/office environment.
• 4+ years of customer experience.
• Experience scheduling technology projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process project-based scopes and service requests as they arrive through email.
• Act as the single point of contact for all engineering scopes and service requests.
• Assemble an appropriate team based on skillset and project timelines.
• Ensure projects start in a timely manner.
• Monitor engineering schedules to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate internal communication with engineering managers, account managers and project managers.
• Add, cancel or modify engineer schedules.
