Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Document Coordinator in Petersburg, VA. You will plot, stamp, and issue engineering documents to the relevant departments, including shop cards, BOMs, drawings, and calculations.

Responsibilities include data entry in TASK and IFS, operating printers/plotters, packaging submittals, and coordinating with the Production Scheduler to hit daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of related experience required.
• Must follow safety and quality rules in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Plot, stamp, and issue all Engineering documents to appropriate departments.
• Enter data in TASK and IFS; manage shop cards, D-Sheets, BOMs, drawings.
• Operate copiers, plotter, scanner and fax; file hard copies and networked copies.
• Package submittals and construction documents to ship out to field and plants.
• Order supplies and assist other departments as needed.
• Meet with Production Scheduler to align documents with deadlines.
