Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks an entry-level Engineering Document Specialist to support our project teams. You will plot, stamp, and issue documents to the right departments, manage hard copy and network files, and keep shop cards and BOMs up to date.

Daily tasks include data entry in TASK and IFS, creating PDFs, organizing submittals, and coordinating with the Production Scheduler to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plot, stamp, and issue engineering documents to departments.
• Maintain files for hard copies and network.
• Enter data in TASK and IFS.
• Prepare submittals and construction documents for shipping.
• Order supplies when needed and support other departments.
• Meet with Production Scheduler to determine documents due.
