Responsibilities

• Rotate through functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services).
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignment roles as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project at the end of the program.
