Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking candidates for the CORE Management Trainee - Automation program in Cayce, SC. Trainees will rotate through Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses, supporting safety programs and gaining hands-on plant experience across sites.

The program includes diverse training, capstone project, and opportunities to advance within a Fortune 500 company. A Bachelor;s degree is required, Engineering degrees are preferred, and relocation may be necessary upon

Engineering degree is preferred.
Willingness to relocate at the end of the program.
Ability to work in diverse plant environments.

Responsibilities

Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group).
Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture.
Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
Participate in developmental trainings and business projects.
May work in short-term assignment roles as needed.
Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of the program.
