• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related engineering/planning fields.
• Completion of Engineering Representative II or two years relevant engineering experience desired.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate developer projects for City Utilities; review plans and petitions; guide the Development Services team.
• Work with developers, property owners, engineers, and City staff to move projects forward and address utility needs.
• Review sanitary sewer, stormwater, and water plans for compliance; set up files, prepare comments and letters.
• Coordinate contracts, project complaints, utility research, and communications with developers and owners.
• Assist in evaluating system capacity, costs, funding options; prepare reports for boards and public meetings.
