Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Goodyear, AZ seeks an Engineering and Reliability Manager to ensure the reliability of plant processing equipment. You will lead a technical team, drive improvements, and manage capital projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing, proven leadership, project management, and hands-on experience with processing equipment. Dairy processing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
10+ years of related engineering and manufacturing experience.
Proven team leader with technical development
Experienced project manager
Hands-on experience with processing equipment (PLCs, instrumentation, actuators, valves, pumps, motors)
Reading engineering schematics (mechanical, P&ID, electrical)

Responsibilities

Manage a technical team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Own the 90-day plan projects and cadence.
Serve as a technical expert for plant processing equipment in all engineering, maintenance, and production disciplines.
Engineer and implement robust controls to improve reliability and efficiency.
Lead reliability routines and MTBF analysis.
Develop, design, and deploy predictive maintenance technologies.
Collaborate with Maintenance on preventative maintenance programs.
Guide planning and implementation of capital projects with engineers and project managers.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Source critical components with plant vendors.
Provide technical support where necessary.
