Position: Engineering Recruiter

Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: Salary + Commission (W2 Only)

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced remote Engineering Recruiter.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 4+ years of recruiting, managing all phases of the recruiting life-cycle, including screening/processing candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating relocation, pay rates, and extending offers.
• Experience recruiting for Mechanical Engineers, Civil/Structural Engineers, Controls Engineers, CAD Drafters/Designers, and Industrial Manufacturing Construction Managers.
• Experience using ATS, updating candidate details, resumes, and correspondences.
• Understanding of H1B visa transfers and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-driven, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
