• Lead engineering team, establish roles, priorities, and accountability.
• Provide leadership for engineering execution across quotations, orders, project execution, and customer issues.
• Build project-management capability within the engineering team and coordinate projects with status updates and risk elevation.
• Develop and use an engineering skills matrix to identify gaps and plan training and succession.
