You will ensure products are designed, processed, manufactured, inspected, and documented per lead times, customer requirements, codes, standards, and quality systems. Lead cross-functional teams to improve execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field.
5+ years of progressive engineering leadership in heavy fabrication.
Experience with ISO 9001 and MRB procedures.
Experience with welding, ASME codes, and fabrication quality requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the engineering team with clear roles and objectives.
Oversee design to manufacturability, process development, and technical risk reviews.
Manage quality systems, NCRs, MRB, and corrective actions.
Ensure documentation (drawings, BOMs, routings) is accurate and released on time.
Coordinate with operations, sales, project management, and customers.
Promote AECO’s employee-owned culture and succession planning.
