Job summary

PELSIS NORTH AMERICA LIMITED seeks an Engineering & Quality Manager to lead and integrate the Engineering and Quality functions across manufacturing operations. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, maintain the QMS, and foster cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

The role emphasizes capital projects, process improvements, document control, and performance metrics to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering/quality experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Engineering and Quality teams to drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation, delivering on time and within budget.
• Sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and supplier quality activities and CAPA to ensure robust quality.
