Job summary

System One is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple engineering projects from a Denver, CO location on a 12-month contract. You will manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP, oversee budgets and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 2–3 years of PM/engineering support experience, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, engineering support, or a related field.
• Experience using SAP to create and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Google Earth is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Track project budgets and monitor project expenditures.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify project issues and work with team members to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate project records using company systems and processes.
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
