Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead tooling and equipment installation projects at our Dublin, VA location. The role focuses on end-to-end project execution, from procurement through commissioning, aligning with production needs, timelines, and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing project management and a strong background in tooling. Knowledge of MS Project or SAP is preferred, with PMP certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for tooling and industrial equipment.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and tooling.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and cost efficiency.
