Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience coordinating internal and external partners on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction.
• Assist with client scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, and design production.
• Implement project delivery plan using SDA; lead and execute the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor team toward project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, training, retention, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders on business development and client relationships.
• Lead proposal development and interviews for strategic projects.
