Job summary

ReCon Management Services seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering-related projects in a rigorous industrial setting. You will coordinate client needs, define requirements, and ensure projects meet scope, budgets, and timelines.

You will manage resources, work with suppliers, and maintain comprehensive documentation while promoting safety and professionalism on site. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years in industrial sectors (refinery, petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline, or utilities).
• Ability to manage engineering projects end-to-end.
• Valid driver’s license required; professional license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop business relationships.
• Define business requirements for projects.
• Develop detailed work scopes that align with the clients’ needs.
• Develop detailed control budgets to meet scope of work.
• Develop project timelines to meet work scope and client requirements.
• Management of assigned resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Work with vendors/suppliers to acquire equipment and technology.
• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Promote professionalism throughout the workplace.
• Promote safety on assigned projects.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
