Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years or more of project management experience.
• PM certification (PMP) or PE preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relations.
• Ability to lead a project team to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget and schedule on assigned projects.
• Understand schedule and budget development and scope changes.
• Ensure effective inter-discipline coordination on multi-discipline projects.
• Assist marketing with proposals, presentations and closing sales.
• Prepare the Project Plan and ensure work stays within budget and schedule.
• Document changes affecting scope, budget or schedule and obtain client approval.
• Ensure technical integrity of project deliverables with Department Head.
• Coach less experienced personnel and delegate tasks.
