We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive new product development and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new and revised product development projects from PO through successful production launch.
• Coordinate design, material selection, tooling, process development, validation, and customer approval.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Provide engineering support; interpret drawings and GD&T requirements; assist with quality planning and validation.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
