Job summary

Molded Dimensions Group, headquartered in Port Washington, Wisconsin, is a leading supplier of custom rubber, urethane, and plastic components. We seek an Engineering Project Manager to drive new product development from concept to production, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to bring solutions to life.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering degree, 3+ years in manufacturing project management, and proficiency with SolidWorks and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple projects and maintaining customer relationships.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new and revised product development projects from PO to production launch.
• Coordinate design, material selection, tooling, process development, validation, and customer approvals.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; communicate milestones with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
