Job summary

Support Solutions International (SSI) is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead large-scale MEP support systems in Southern California and beyond. The role combines design, fabrication, and supply oversight with hands-on leadership, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to deliver top-tier engineered solutions.

Based in a hybrid setup, you will manage multi-phase projects, monitor schedules and budgets, and foster strong client relationships while driving

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in structural design, MEP consulting, or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project delivery — design, engineering, fabrication, and supply.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of engineering packages with focus on accuracy and schedule.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risk management and performance metrics.
