Job summary

Corning is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead productivity-improvement projects within the Unlock Productivity program. You will translate business priorities into executable engineering projects spanning concept to live manufacturing startup and validation.

The role requires strong technical capability in process engineering and mechanical design, with responsibility for cross-site teams, cost control, and schedule adherence to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project-management or project-leadership experience in manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity projects from definition to implementation.
• Develop objectives, budgets, schedules, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across sites and functions.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and manufacturing acceptance requirements.
