Job summary

Logisticus Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan and execute logistics and civil engineering projects, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to meet client expectations.

You will estimate resources, lead cost data for proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with SOPs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel is required 2–3 days per week.

Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, LiDAR and related technologies is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years of industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with manager to determine requirements.
• Prepare cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
• Monitor and control project costs per contract and SOPs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm scope of work.
• Manage consultants and contractors through execution.
• Interpolate survey designs and LiDAR.
• Travel 2–3 days per week, about once per month.
• Coordinate with DOT and county authorities.
