Job summary

Logisticus Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan and execute logistics and civil engineering projects. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party consultants to estimate resources, scope, and timelines, and support proposals through project closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in the field, strong skills in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, drone ops, and proactive cost management. Travel and on-site support are expected elements of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of industry-related experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and drone operations.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and civil/structural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with the Director of Engineering and determine requirements.
• Prepare cost data for proposals and contract negotiations and support bid process.
• Organize, monitor, and control project costs in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Proactively advise management when forecasted costs exceed the approved budget.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure understanding of proposed scope of work.
• Manage consultants and contractors through project execution.
• Interpolate survey designs and LiDAR data as needed.
• Travel to project sites 2–3 days per week, approximately once per month.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with DOT and regulatory bodies.
