Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading a project from scoping through delivery.
• Experience in an Engineering environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to own a project end-to-end.
• Comfortable with agile/scrum tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and drive program(s) to conclusion with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain the source of truth for commitments, dependencies, and status.
• Translate business requirements into engineering tasks and timelines; flag tradeoffs.
• Maintain dashboards and status updates for program health.
• Track resourcing against scope; resolve conflicts within the team.
