Job summary

ARRO Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead engineering projects from initiation through completion.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, client relationships, and technical execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, designers, contractors, and regulatory agencies; mentor junior staff; support business development; and report to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred or required depending on discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive engineering experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Experience managing engineering projects, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of engineering design processes, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in leadership, communication, and problem-solving in project settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from proposal development through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and communication.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
• Monitor progress, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Review engineering plans and documents for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate permitting activities and regulatory approvals as needed.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and business development.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA and safety compliance.
