Job summary

Niron Magnetics in West Virginia is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to plan, execute and finish projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate resources and third-party contractors, define objectives, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with engineering and manufacturing teams, prepare plans, assess risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing, engineering or technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Prince2, or PMP frameworks.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, resource plans, and communications documents.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve goals.
• Manage budgets, milestones, and deliverable progress.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical path.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations for executives.
• Manage changes in scope and devise contingency plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
