Job summary

Niron Magnetics in West Virginia is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to plan, execute and finish projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate resources and third-party contractors, define objectives, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with engineering and manufacturing teams, prepare plans, assess risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing, engineering or technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Prince2, or PMP frameworks.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project\'s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMP).
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and solve problems effectively.
