Niron Magnetics is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team in the United States. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and finalise projects within deadlines and budget, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and process improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a project management role, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or technology-focused environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, resource plans, and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, track milestones and deliverables progress.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and critical path.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
