Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Four years of experience as Product/Project Manager in vehicle manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex vehicle projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house project management processes with Gates & Milestones.
• Oversee full lifecycle of commercial vehicle design projects from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and executives to hit cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to minimize impacts on outcomes.
• Report status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with FMVSS and internal quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM and product development processes.
