Apple Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager in Austin to own the lifecycle of large-scale e-commerce and software initiatives within the IS&T Retail Engineering group.

You will drive business requirements analysis, technical design discussions, testing, and partner collaboration from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead diverse teams—engineers, product owners, and strategic partners—ensuring alignment, managing resources, timelines, and risks with a relentless focus

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Engineering project management.
• Experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project or program management.
• 5+ years on hands-on experience in a technical role.
• Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
• Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs.
• Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
• Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of projects from concept to launch.
• Build relationships and resolve conflicts across multifaceted environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners to align teams.
• Manage resources, timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
