Job summary

Broetje Automation is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead projects from inception through sign-off in Wichita, KS. The PM reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for profit and loss on individual projects while maintaining professional relationships with leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key duties include overseeing planning, engineering, procurement, and construction activities, managing schedules and costs, and ensuring project success within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in machine building/OEM/automation environment.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through sign-off.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
