Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a pay range of $50–$65 per hour and a day shift, Monday through Friday.

The PM will lead technical projects from initiation through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and customer communication. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure alignment with quality, safety, schedule, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field.
• 3 years of experience minimum managing engineering or technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engineering project schedules, scopes, budgets, and resources.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
• Identify project risks and develop risk-mitigation plans.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Lead customer meetings, project status updates, and progress presentations.
• Manage customer expectations, feedback, and project scope changes.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to maintain technical alignment.
• Assign project tasks and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure project activities meet applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, and schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support projects throughout the product development life cycle.

About the Opportunity
