Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually
Purpose:
An engineering project manager is responsible for team coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines throughout project's lifecycle.
Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- -Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.
- -Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
- -Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- -Manager project resources and liaise with Management Staff.
- -Track project performance and make necessary corrections.
- -Prepare and present reports on project progress.
- -Manage risks and resolve any project issues.
- -Travel, when necessary, is required for all applicable job-related activities and internal company functions within G3 Industries.
Project Sectors:
- -Hydraulic fluid conveyance - combi lines, ac lines, brake lines, tubing
- -Tube end forming (flaring, swaging, parflanging)
Education:
- -Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager
- -Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
- -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- -Degree in Engineering or relevant field
