Duties

• Schedule meetings, and overseeing calendar management for engineering teams
• Prepare, proofread, and process technical documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Support project coordination by data entry into spreadsheets, tracking project milestones, and assisting with document version control
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries from clients or internal teams promptly and courteously
• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners to ensure timely information flow and project updates

Experience

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• $10,000 sign on bonus available after 3 months of continuous employment.
• Knowledge of construction engineering. You must be able to read, speak and understand engineering.
