Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering support to western test ranges for the U.S. military. The role involves leading small to medium projects, supporting PMs, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met. You will document progress, manage risks, and help maintain project data within established processes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with PMP certification within one year or CAPM if needed. Travel may be required; security clearance eligibility is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification within 1 year; CAPM acceptable if PMP not yet met.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium complex projects in support of company and customer requirements.
• Assist PMs with project tasks: prioritization, documentation, budgeting and risk management.
• Provide project status through reviews and lessons learned; maintain project data.
• Ensure adherence to company/government processes and schedules; manage budget and deliverables.
• May recruit and hire technical personnel to meet project requirements.
• Perform other related project assignments as requested.
